Today, the contribution made by media law, including copyright and publishing law, press, film and broadcasting law, as well as exploitation rights to the broad field of intellectual property has increased enormously and gains a more and more paramount significance. Within this context  the enforcement of exploitation rights varies according to the specific sector affected, and is highly complex on an international level. With this regard New Media and The New Media Law has become a significant area of my specialization.
